To help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable stay for everyone, please review these House Rules with everyone in your group before arrival. ⏰ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT 🔑 Check-in: 4:00 PM 🔒 Check-out: 10:00 AM ⏰ Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee. 👥 GUESTS & OCCUPANCY 👥 Only registered guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. 👤 The booking guest must be at least 21 years old and remain at the property during the stay. 🚫 No unauthorized parties, events, or additional overnight guests. 🚭 NO SMOKING 🚭 No smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, sage, or other open flames inside the cabin. 💲 A $1000 fee may apply for violations of the no-smoking policy. 🚬 If smoking outdoors where permitted, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. 🐾 PET POLICY 🐾 Maximum one well-behaved dog, 30 lbs. or less. 💲 A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies. 📢 Your dog must be disclosed and included in the reservation before arrival. 🛋️ Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding and in the pool, hot tub, or sauna. 🐕 Pets may not be left unattended unless securely crated. 🧹 Please clean up after your pet inside and outside. 🛠️ Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, odors, stains, repair, or replacement costs. 🐕‍🦺 Service animals are welcome as required by applicable law and booking-platform policies. Pet fees, weight limits, and other pet-specific restrictions do not apply where prohibited by law or platform policy. 🏊 HEATED POOL 🏊 NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. Use the pool at your own risk. 👨‍👩‍👧 Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 🚫 No diving, running, rough play, or unsafe behavior. 🥛 No glass in or around the pool area. 🚫 Do not tamper with pool equipment, controls, pumps, heaters, or other settings. 🐾 Pets are not permitted in the pool. 🌡️ Pool heating, when purchased or available, may be affected by outside temperatures and weather conditions. 🛁 HOT TUB 🛁 Use at your own risk. 👨‍👩‍👧 Children must be supervised at all times. 🚫 No glass in or around the hot tub. 🚫 Do not add soaps, oils, bath products, or other substances. 🚫 Do not tamper with equipment or settings. 🔒 Always replace the hot tub cover after use. ♨️ SAUNA ♨️ Use at your own risk. 👨‍👩‍👧 Children must be supervised. 🚫 Do not place anything on or near the heater. 🚫 No food, glass, alcohol, oils, or flammable materials. 🚫 Do not tamper with equipment or controls. 🎣 PRIVATE FISHING POND 🎣 Fishing and use of the pond area are at your own risk. 🚫 No swimming in the pond. 👨‍👩‍👧 Children must be supervised around the pond at all times. 🌿 Please respect the pond, surrounding landscaping, shoreline, and wildlife. 🔥 FIRE PIT & PROHIBITED ITEMS 🔥 Use only the designated fire pit. 🔥 Never leave a fire unattended. 💧 Fully extinguish the fire when finished. 🚫 Follow all local burn bans and fire restrictions. 🚫 No fireworks, firearms, or explosives are permitted anywhere on the property. 🎬 OUTDOOR THEATER & 🎮 GAME ROOM 🎮 Please treat TVs, theater equipment, arcade games, shuffleboard, games, furniture, and electronics with care. 🚫 Do not move, disconnect, or modify TVs, theater equipment, gaming equipment, or electronics. 👨‍👩‍👧 Children should be supervised when using equipment. 🍔 BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE 🍔 Please clean the cooking surface after use. 🔥 Turn off the burners and propane when finished. 🚫 Never leave the griddle unattended while operating. ⚡ EV CHARGER ⚡ Please use the EV charger only for its intended purpose. 🚫 Do not modify, disconnect, or tamper with the charger or electrical equipment. 🚗 PARKING 🚗 Parking is available for multiple vehicles, boats, and ATV trailers. 🚫 Please do not park on grass, landscaping, or undeveloped areas. 🌲 OUTDOOR AREAS & WILDLIFE 🌲 Aqua Pines is surrounded by nature. You may encounter insects, spiders, snakes, deer, squirrels, birds, and other wildlife. 🚫 Please do not approach, feed, or disturb wildlife. 🚪 Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use. 🧹 PROPERTY CARE & DAMAGES 🏡 Please treat Aqua Pines as you would your own home. 🚫 Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture without permission. 🛠️ Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, members of their group, visitors, or pets. 📱 Please report accidental damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns immediately so we have an opportunity to address them. 💲 Excessive cleaning, missing items, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges, subject to applicable booking-platform policies. 🗑️ TRASH & CLEANLINESS 🗑️ Place trash in the designated trash containers. 🚫 Do not leave food or trash outside where it may attract wildlife. 🧹 Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning charge. 🔒 SAFETY, SECURITY & CAMERAS 🔒 Please lock doors and windows whenever leaving the property. 📷 Exterior security cameras monitor designated exterior areas, including portions of the driveway, parking areas, entrances, and outdoor areas, for property protection and safety. 🚫 There are no cameras inside the cabin or in areas where guests would reasonably expect privacy. 🚫 Do not cover, disconnect, disable, or tamper with security equipment. ⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY & LIABILITY NOTICE Use of Aqua Pines and all amenities is at guests’ own risk. The primary guest is responsible for the safety, supervision, and conduct of everyone in their party. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool, hot tub, sauna, pond, fire pit, decks, stairs, and other recreational areas.
